Designer Shower of Naples Careers

Build a steady career with a local company that values craftsmanship, reliability, and respectful teamwork. We install custom shower doors, mirrors, and glass every day for homeowners across Naples and the surrounding area.

Now hiring: experienced installers, office support, and motivated trainees. Full-time, steady work · Competitive pay · Respectful, down-to-earth team.

We're not a big corporation. We're a local trade business built on steady work, craftsmanship, and treating people right — our customers and our team.

We've served homeowners and contractors in the Naples area for years. You're joining a stable, well-known local business.

Work closely with installers, office staff, and fabrication support. We help each other out and make sure jobs go smoothly.

Our work is visible in people's homes every day. We care about clean installs, precise measurements, and respect for each home.

We offer trainee positions and room to move into more responsibility over time — in the field, the shop, or the office.

We hire for a mix of field, shop, and office roles. Experience is helpful, but we're also open to teaching motivated people who show up and want to learn.

• Shower door and mirror installers
• Installation helpers and fabrication support
• Office management / administrative support
• Trainee positions for motivated candidates without direct experience

You don't have to be perfect. But you do need to be dependable, respectful, and willing to learn.

• Reliable and on time
• Professional and respectful in customers' homes
• Detail-oriented with measurements and finishes
• Good communication with co-workers and customers
• Positive attitude, even on busy days
